I am in a bit of a wallowing mood, I think it’s from spending so many nights alone and being sick.
Not that there aren’t good things about it, really. I have these cozy flannel sheets and I can stretch out anywhere in the bed and no one is snoring beside me. I can wake up in the night and dick around on my phone without waking someone up. I don’t have to worry about how sloppy...

My cat is a little derpy
While she has started responding to her name, she is also the clumsiest cat I’ve ever met. She also occasionally will look at me with her mouth open for no apparent reason and loves to headbutt me in the face. She’s also a bit of a scardey cat.
Actually, the more I think about it, she’s kind of what I’d be like if I was a cat.

And now, BOOM, swollen tonsils covered in white spots mean I’m stricken with strep throat, just days before New Years Eve.
WHY IS THIS MY LIFE?
Not to mention, the walk in clinic which is literally 5 doors down, is CLOSED for holidays because apparently Doctors don’t think people get sick during the holidays.
On the plus side, I guess I get to pick up my cat in a couple hours?

I've been thinking about what my 2012 resolutions...
2011 wasn’t exactly a great year for me.
I had 2 failed relationships, along with a string of other bad romantic encounters and decisions. I gained weight. I got a cavity. I spent too much money. I fought with too many friends.
Overall, not fantastic.
Don’t get me wrong, lots of fun and good things happened to me and there are moments I’ll look back on fondly, but in a pie...
