30 Day Challenge Day 13

Sorry for being a day late, I was home for all of like 2 hours yesterday. Eek.

A Date You Would Love to Go On

I’m pretty easy-going when it comes to dates that I like. I’m not looking for someone to plan a night of bowling or do “something new and fun”. I’m a simple girl. I like getting drinks with someone that I like so we can get to know each other, staying out until the bar closes because we’ve been having so much fun, and hopefully a goodnight kiss (or lets be honest, makeouts).

An elaborate first date can be a lot of pressure. But it’s nice sometimes when you’ve been with someone for awhile to put the effort in to doing something nice. Last Valentine’s Day, Jordan made us reservations at a really nice restaurant and it was the first time we’d ever done anything like that and it’ll probably be a date I always remember. Not to mention something shitty and awful had happened at work that day so it was doubly nice. 

The things that make early dates fun though are the little moments like wondering if he’s going to hold my hand or did he touch my arm because he likes me? The excitement of it. 

Ugh. Dates. Would be nice to go on one.
