I feel like there are bags of sand in my lungs and I need to cough them up but coughing does nothing

I know the cough will come, oh yes, I can feel it. 

Going to go spew my germs on everyone at work tonight because I am so desperate for the hours that I can’t call in sick.

Third world problems?
